Dividend Declaration

The Directors of M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a dividend of 1p per share for the third quarter of 2010 to shareholders, making the total dividend paid to-date for the current financial year of 3p per share. The timetable is as follows:
