The Fountainside receives Occupancy Permit

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by Sniper Capital Limited, announces that the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau of Macau has granted an occupancy permit for The Fountainside, its low-density residential development located in the exclusive Penha district of Macau, allowing the handover of sold units to commence.

MPO has to-date received total deposits amounting to HK$50 million (US$6 million). Final payments totalling HK$147 million (US$19 million) are expected to be received upon handover.
