The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 3.00pm on 6 November 2013.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders, together with a copy of the 2013 Annual Report. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the 2013 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website http://www.mpofund.com.

A copy of the Notice, the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report will be filed at the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
