Notice of AGM

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 10.00 am on 12 November 2018. Whilst it is recorded in the Annual Report & Financial Statements that the AGM would take place at 10.00 am on 19 November 2018 this has now been brought forward to 10.00 am on 12 November 2018.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the 2018 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website http://www.mpofund.com.

A copy of the Notice, the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report has also been filed at the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
