Directors' shareholdings

Further to the issue of 177,778 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Totility Shares") in relation to the acquisition of Totility as announced on 21 October 2011, John Booth, Non-Executive Chairman, and Angus McCaffery, Sales and Marketing Director, are both deemed to have reduced their holdings in the Company as per the table below:

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,664,578.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
