PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that on 26 April 2012, Chris Daffin, a divisional director of Maintel Voice and Data, sold 1,036 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 422.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Chris Daffin now holds 19,372 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,664,578.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
