Sale of shares from the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust
Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 2 June 2015 that the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust sold 50,000 shares at 280p per share on 2 June 2015. Following the sale, the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust holds 258,387 shares in the Company.
The NAV per share of the Company will now be calculated on 52,269,613 shares being the total shares in issue less the number of shares now held by the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust.
