Sale of shares from the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust

Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 8 July 2015 that the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust sold 10,476 shares at 266p per share on 8 July 2015.  Following the sale, the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust holds 72,911 shares in the Company.

The NAV per share of the Company will now be calculated on 52,455,089 shares being the total shares in issue less the number of shares now held by the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust.
