On 22nd July 2009 the following share transaction was completed by a Non-Executive Director of Man Group plc. Man Group plc was informed of the transaction on 24th July 2009.

Shares acquired: 10,836 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at a price of 280.34 pence per share under the Man Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

Following this transaction Mrs Carnwath holds a total of 209,171 shares.
