On 9^th June 2010 the following share transactions were completed by a director of Man Group plc. Man Group plc was informed of the transactions on the same day.

Acquisition of 508,899 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at nil consideration on the vesting of share awards under the Man Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan Plan. 

Shares sold:   259,863 ordinary shares at a price of 236.8805 pence per share.
