On 13^th June 2013, the following transactions were completed by Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of Man Group plc. The Company was informed of the transactions on the same day. 

Share Transactions:

Exercise at nil consideration of a share award over 94,791 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each granted in August 2011 under the Man Group plc Deferred Share Plan.

Disposal of 44,650 ordinary shares at a price of 85.65 pence per share sold to cover the related income tax liability with the remaining 50,141 shares retained.
