Directorate Change

As contemplated in the announcement made on 27 July 2007, Harvey McGrath, who
stepped down as Chairman of the Directors on 1 September 2007, has formally
retired as a Director of Man Group plc with effect from 8 November 2007.

Also with effect from 8 November 2007, Kevin Hayes, Group Finance Director, has
been appointed additionally to the office of Group Company Secretary in
succession to Peter Clarke, who remains Group Chief Executive.
