St Helen's Capital Plc, the AIM-listed independent institutional stockbroker and corporate finance adviser
focused on companies in the small cap sector, was notified on the 10th April 2008 that Mark Warde-Norbury,
Chairman, sold 46,105 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company and repurchased them
within his SIPP. Accordingly, there is no change in his beneficial ownership.
