St  Helen's Capital Plc, the AIM-listed independent institutional stockbroker and corporate finance adviser
focused  on  companies  in the small cap sector, was notified on 18 March 2008 by  Cenkos  Channel  Islands
Nominee Company Limited, that Fort Alice Investments Limited, a private Guernsey-registered company, had  a
total  interest in 1,810,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 4.24 per cent  of
the Company's issued share capital.
