Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Group notifies that, on 18 September 2019, Mark Adams, Group Finance Director, acquired 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 399.5 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Adams holds a beneficial interest in 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
