At the time of admission to AIM, the Company stated in its Schedule 1
announcement that it would first publish results for the period to 30 September
2007 by 31 December 2007. The Company wishes to inform the market that its first
published results will, however, now be published for the year ended 31 March
2007 and will be released by 30 June 2007.
