NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2002--The board of directors
of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (MMC) today declared a quarterly
dividend of $.53 per share on outstanding common stock, payable on May
15, 2002 to shareholders of record on April 9, 2002.
