The following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility which is located at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS:

• 2009 Annual Report; 

• Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 January 2010 ("AGM Notice");

• Form of Proxy;

• The proposed New Articles of Association proposed to be adopted at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
