Compliance with US Executive Order 13959
In November 2020 the United States government issued Executive Order 13959, which prohibits U.S. persons from engaging in any transaction in publicly traded securities in "Communist Chinese Military Companies" (as well as certain related securities) and which first became effective on 11 January 2021. The Executive Order and the list of affected companies was updated on 3 June 2021. The Company confirms that it does not hold any investments in any of the companies identified as Communist Chinese Military Companies. The Company will not invest in any companies which are on the restricted list and will sell investments in any companies which are added to the list.
