Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc, on 19 February 2014, bought back 360,000 ordinary shares at a price of 160.50p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 560,000 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 103,933,171 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
