On 20 July 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 12,765 ordinary shares at a price of 182.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,791,093 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,702,078 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
