On 18 November 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 174.86p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 3,194,376 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 100,388,826 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
