Cancellation of Share Premium Account

The Company is pleased to announce the cancellation of its share premium account
as envisaged in the Admission Document dated 3 October 2006.

On Friday 26 January 2007, in accordance with section 46(1) of The Companies
(Guernsey) Laws, 1994 to 1996, as amended, the Royal Court of Guernsey approved
a special resolution of the shareholders of the Company dated 2 October 2006
that the amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account
(being £26,346,979) be cancelled and the amount of the share premium account so
cancelled be credited as a distributable reserve in the books of account of the
Company.
