CHANGE OF MANAGER

The Company hereby announces that, as part of a review of Marwyn Capital Management Limited's (the "Previous Manager") group structure at the time of the implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, the Company appointed Marwyn Asset Management Limited (the "Manager"), a company incorporated in Jersey and licensed as of 19 July 2013 as a fund manager, as its Manager, replacing the Previous Manager on Friday 29 November 2013. The Manager is wholly owned by the Previous Manager. James Corsellis and Mark Watts are directors of the Manager alongside Michael Price, Paul Cookson, Louisa Bonney and Anita Weaver.

The Manager has been appointed on the same commercial terms as applied to the Previous Manager, including as to fees.

Marwyn Investment Management LLP is the investment adviser to the Manager and its fees and expenses are paid by the Manager.
