INTERIM DIVIDEND TO ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS

The Company is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 2.064p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 27 April 2018, pursuant to the Company's distribution policy.

The payment of the interim dividend to eligible holders of Ordinary Shares will be effected through CREST (in the case of holders of depository interests relating to the Ordinary Shares) or by BACS/cheque (in the case of Ordinary Shares held in certificated form).

Timetable for April Interim Dividend

Ex-date	5 April 2018
Record date	6 April 2018
Payment of the Interim Dividend	27 April 2018

In Accordance with the distribution policy, the intention is for further dividends to be paid in 2018 as follows:

July dividend	Payment on 27 July 2018
October dividend	Payment on 26 October 2018
