Le Chameau - Follow on Investment

The Company is pleased to announce that funds managed by Marwyn Investment Management LLP have made a £5 million follow-on investment into Silvercloud Holdings Limited ("Silvercloud"), through which the investment in Le Chameau is held (www.lechameau.com). These funds are principally intended to enable Silvercloud to invest in and support the next phase of Le Chameau's expansion plans.
