Results of EGM 

The Company is pleased to announce that the special resolution that was proposed without amendment, including all Proposals set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 1 November 2013, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held at 11.30am today at 8 Beresford Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands has been duly passed. 

Proxy votes were received representing 80.67% of live voting share capital, of those votes received 82.44% were in favour, 17.44% were against and 0.13% withheld their vote.
