As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 10 May 2022 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing annual contribution instruction, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan, as follows :
