The issuer advises that the following replaces the "Additional Listing"
announcement released on 11 March 2004; at 9:58am under RNS number 4087W.


The additional listing should refer to a total of 1,000,000 shares of common
stock and not 2,000,000 shares of common stock as previously stated.


The issue under each scheme is divided as follows:

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,000,000 shares of common stock ("shares") to
be admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that admission will be granted on 15 March 2004 and trading will
commence on 16 March 2004.


These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:

General Issue Scheme                                          500,000


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares
