Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC ("the Company")
Offer for subscription of S Ordinary Shares ("the Offer")
The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announce
that pursuant to the Offer for Subscription which opened on 6 October 2006, the
Company issued and allotted 418,977 S Ordinary shares of 10 pence on 5 April
2007, bringing the number of S Ordinary share issued to 4,873,679. Further S
Ordinary Shares will be issued and allotted in respect of the 2007/2008 tax year
following receipt of valid applications under the Offer up to 31 July 2007. The
Offer Price at which the S Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted was £1.00
per S Ordinary share.
