WITHDRAWAL OF RESOLUTIONS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MC Mining Limited (the "Company") advises that it has withdrawn items 9 and 10 from the agenda for its Annual General Meeting due to take place as a virtual meeting by way of a live webcast at 10:00 a.m. (London time) on 20 November 2020 ("AGM"). These items relate to Resolutions 8 and 9 (the "WithdrawnResolutions") that were to be tabled at the AGM.
The Withdrawn Resolutions related to the proposed issue of shares to Columbia Skies Holdings Proprietary Limited ("Columbia Skies"). As announced on 22 October 2020, Columbia Skies defaulted on the Subscription Agreement and the shares will now not be issued.
The withdrawal of the Withdrawn Resolutions will not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the Notice of AGM or any proxy votes already submitted.
