Notification of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities' (PDMRs)
Interests pursuant to Disclosure Rule DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).


McBride plc has been notified that on 23 March 2007 notional allocations were
granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan to the
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company as set out
below.  These ordinary shares will vest at the end of a three year period
depending on the achievement of performance targets set out in the Plan, but
will not require any payment from the PDMRs.
