Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 November 2011 it transferred 1,533 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.

The Company now holds 1,755,712 shares in Treasury and has a total of 179,284,589 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
