Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to its Preliminary Announcement issued on 25 June 2015, Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the instant service equipment group, announces that it has today made available to shareholders the Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2015 and the Notice of Meeting for the 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at The Thatcher's Hotel, Guildford Road, East Horsley, Surrey KT24 6TB, on Wednesday, 21 October 2015 at 12 noon.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. They will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
