Appointment of Executive Director
The Board of Photo-Me is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Mergui as an Executive Director of the Group effective as of today. Mr Mergui will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer.
Eric Mergui joined the Group in 1995 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Before this, Mr Mergui headed up Photo-Me's European operations and oversaw the development of Photo-Me's business in China.
Commenting on the appointment, Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Office & Deputy Chairman, said:
"We welcome Eric Mergui to the Board. His in-depth understanding of the business and breadth of industry knowledge will make a valuable contribution to the Board. We look forward to working with him in his new role."
The Group confirms that there is no information to be disclosed in relation to FCA Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Photo-Me International plc (LSE: PHTM) operates, sells and services a wide range of instant service vending equipment, primarily aimed at the consumer market.
The Group operates more than 47,300 vending units across 18 countries and its technological innovation is focused on three principal areas:
· Identification: photobooths and integrated biometric identification solutions
· Laundry: unattended laundry services, launderettes, B2B services
· Kiosks: high-quality digital printing
In addition, the Group operates vending equipment such as children's rides, amusement machines and business service equipment.
The Group has built long-term relationships with major site owners and its equipment is generally sited in prime locations in areas of high footfall such as supermarkets, shopping malls (indoors and outdoors) and public transport venues. The equipment is maintained and serviced by an established network of 700 field engineers.
The Company's shares have been fully-listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1962.
