Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 9 April 2020, Stéphane Gibon, Group Chief Financial Officer of Photo-Me, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 April 2020.

Mr Gibon is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.013 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
