Subdivision of shares
The Company announces that at its Annual General
Meeting today each of the resolutions were passed
including the resolution to subdivide each ordinary
share of 2.5p into 5 ordinary shares of 0.5p. The
subdivision record date will be 5th November 1999 and
the subdivision will be effective from 08.00 a.m. 8th
November 1999.
Holders of ordinary shares with certificates will be
issued with a new share certificate representing the
total number of shares held following the
subdivision. The new certificates are expected to be
despatched no later than 15th
November 1999. Holders of ordinary shares in
electronic form through CREST will have their CREST
accounts credited with the new shares at opening of
business on 8th November 1999.
