ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 180,861
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise
of options. The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's issued ordinary
shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 29 December 2006.

Following the admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have
61,471,178 ordinary shares in issue.
