ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 85,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise of
options. Upon issue the Shares will rank pari passu will the Company's existing
issued ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 9 September
2005.
