Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 1 September 2006 that on the same day Michael
Macario, a Non- Executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 292.5 pence per Share.

Following this transaction Mr Macario has an interest in 100,000 Shares,
representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
