DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that, following the sale on 5 May 2006 of
25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') and the sale on 8
May 2006 of 75,000 Shares by the estate of a deceased shareholder ('the
Estate'), of which Mr R Pomphrett, non-executive Director of the Company is an
executor and is therefore deemed to have a non-beneficial interest, the Estate
now holds 262,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.44% of the Company's
issued ordinary shares.

Mr Pomphrett's beneficial holding of 200,000 Shares remains unchanged.
