HOLDING IN COMPANY


The Company received notification on 23 August 2006 that, on 22 August 2006,
Standard Life Investments, on behalf of Standard Life Group, acquired 1,000,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), of which 800,000 comprised
Shares in which Standard Life Group is deemed to have a material interest.


Following this purchase, Standard Life Group holds a notifiable interest in
6,817,845 Shares, representing 11.50% of the Company's issued ordinary shares at
that date, of which 3,179,330 Shares (5.36%) comprise a material interest.
