1,467,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') by Eaglet
Investment Trust plc to satisfy institutional demand, Unicorn Asset Management
Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates, has an interest in 3,997,770
Shares, representing 6.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
