The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Geoffrey Stuart Robertson,
age 34 has been appointed Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect.


There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to schedule 2(g)
of the AIM rules.


Furthermore, the board announces that with immediate effect Anthony Roger Moore
and Nigel John Duxbury have today resigned as directors of the Company.
