VoyagerIT.com plc EXPANDS INTERNATIONAL PORTFOLIO WITH £250,000 INVESTMENT IN
U.S.

VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed internet, IT and media investment fund
headed by Mr Stephen Dean, is enlarging the international weighting of its
£4.3million-plus portfolio of holdings in growth-orientated smaller companies
in the sector, with the purchase of 80,000 shares of common stock in
GlobalEuroNet Group Inc., for £250,000.

GlobalEuroNet Group Inc., which has been formed by its parent company
GlobalNetFinancial.com Inc. to acquire or invest in internet focused
companies, will provide strategic advice, financial direction and capital to
US companies seeking access to internet, e-commerce and high technology
propositions in greater Europe, and to European companies with suitable
internet business models seeking access to the US internet market.
