                  Investment in Weatherly International plc

The Board of Voyager IT.com plc ('Voyager IT') is pleased to announce that, in
line with its revised strategy of fewer and larger investments, it has
acquired 24,710,093 shares in AIM quoted Weatherly International plc
representing 13.6 percent of the issued share capital. Weatherly International
owns the Wall Street based broker dealer, Weatherly Securities Corporation.

Voyager IT will appoint Mr. Adrian Stecyk, its US Investment Director, to the
Board of Weatherly.

The company has also issued today a Convertible Loan Note to Hemery Nominees
Ltd., in which Stephen Dean is interested, in the sum of £2,800,000. The Loan
Note is for 2 years with a 10 percent coupon and Conversion rights at 6.0p.
Peter Holmes and Adrian Stecyk, both directors of Voyager IT.Com plc, are of
the opinion, having consulted with the issuers nominated adviser, that the
terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable so far as the shareholders of
Voyager IT.Com are concerned.

Voyager IT will announce its preliminary results in December 2000.
