Mr Adrian Stecyk, M.B.A., B.Sc.(eng), aged 40, has been appointed Investment
Director of VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed internet, IT and media
investment fund. With over 10 years of investment management and banking
experience in the United States, Mr Stecyk will be responsible for the
direction of the US content of the company's portfolio and assist with the
implementation of the company's planned global investment strategy.

A graduate of Boston University where he gained a B.Sc. in engineering and an
M.B.A., Mr Stecyk is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Griffin
Securities Inc., the New York-based NASD and SIPC member investment banking
and stockbroking firm recently acquired by Voyager Financial News.com plc of
which he has also been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive.

From 1989 until 1997 Mr Stecyk was Managing Director of Griffin Capital
Management Corp, an SEC registered investment management company, and from
1986 was Vice President of Profit Technology Inc., a NASDAQ listed technology
company, until it was acquired in 1989.

From 1980 until 1986 he was member of the Technical Staff at Charles Stark
Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a technology research and
development company, formerly known as M.I.T. Instrumentation Laboratory.
