Cater Barnard plc ('the Company')
Application for Listing and Directors' Shareholdings
Application has today been made for admission of 15,500,000 new ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. These
shares have been issued pursuant to a placing for cash at 1p per share to raise
£155,000 before expenses for additional working capital.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company. Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 10
April 2002.
Of these new ordinary shares, 10,000,000 were subscribed for by Hemery Trustees
Limited, the trustee of a trust in which the Company's Chairman, Stephen Dean
has a beneficial interest. Therefore, Stephen Dean is now interested in
488,183,486 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 63.71 per cent of the
issued share capital.
Mark Garratt, Finance Director, also subscribed for 500,000 new ordinary shares.
Therefore, Mark Garratt now holds 500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.065 per
cent of the issued share capital.
