     Director's Shareholding and Additional Listing


Stephen  Dean, Chairman, has today exercised his  founder
share warrants to subscribe for 1,968,750 ordinary shares
in  the Company at an exercise price of 5p per share.  Mr
Dean  now  holds  5,968,750 ordinary shares  representing
14.83% of the issued share capital.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted
to  trading on the alternative investment market  of  the
London  Stock  Exchange  and  dealings  are  expected  to
commence on 11 January 2000.
