Cater Barnard plc ('the Company')
Additional Listing and Directors Shareholding
Application has today been made for the admission of 2,944,453 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. 500,000 of these shares
have been issued as vendor consideration for the acquisition of the business
of Corporate Decisions Limited. Corporate Decisions provides a mergers and
acquisitions service and venture capital to privately owned companies.
2,444,453 of these shares have been issued on 1 June 2001, pursuant to a
placing for cash at 5p per share, to Mr Adrian Stecyk, a director. Mr Stecyk
now holds 3,462,969 ordinary shares representing 2.5% of the Company's issued
share capital.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 8 June 2001.
